PROCESSING
Orders received by 3:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day. This does not mean you’ll receive it the next day. What it means is that we will have the product packed and in the shippers hands that same day. If for some reason the processing is delayed by the carrier you will be notified with in 24 hours. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and shipped the following Monday. Please note that certain holidays may effect shipping times.
RETURNS and EXCHANGES
Items sold on PLANET6.com are usually produced in limited quantities and on occasion considered rare. We cannot accept returns on non-defective merchandise and will not issue refunds, credits, or exchanges for a different item. Please understand that ALL SALES are FINAL.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Some products sold on PLANET6.com are produced in limited numbers. These types of products will occasionally show slight flaws. This is normal and may even increase the value of the toy. You may see minute imperfections in the paint and body parts. Before we pack your purchase we will look at it for any noticeable defects. However sometimes we may over look this or we may not be able to see any defects. If you have received a product that is noticeably defective (example: broken or missing parts) and would like to return it to us we will exchange it for the same product providing that product is still available. You must return all the original packing, including any instructions, accessories and attachments. Return it to us the same way you received it from us. This will help determine the cause of defect. If your return does not meet these conditions, you will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee or we may chose to return the merchandise back to you. Items that are damaged due to abuse or negligence can not be accepted as defective. If the returned defective product is no longer available you can either apply the credit from that purchase towards other merchandise or request a refund. Any claims must be made within 10 days from the shipment of goods. Claims made after the 10 days will not accepted.
